Declared sealed-envelope proceedings

For selected world icons the Bureau issues no decision at the list price. It declares the sealed-envelope method: applicants file sealed envelopes and, after the deadline, the committee opens them and draws up a protocol. This board states for which icons proceedings are running, and until when.

The board is empty. World icons are issued at the list price; should the Bureau declare the sealed-envelope method for any of them, it will be posted here together with the time limits.
